Booking Questions

What should I bring to my first class?

Just bring yourself! We provide yoga mats, blocks, and props. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes. Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your class for a full credit. Late cancellations may forfeit the class.

What if I'm late?

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early. If you're running late, let us know. We can usually accommodate you, but it may affect your session time.

Do I need to book in advance?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to secure your spot. Walk-ins are welcome if space is available.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and cash. Payment is due at the time of booking.
