What Happens in a Session

Before Your Session

Wear comfortable clothing. Arrive a few minutes early to relax. Let Mia know about any injuries, health concerns, or areas of pain.

During Your Session

You'll lie comfortably on a massage table. Mia uses gentle muscle monitoring to identify stress areas. The session is deeply relaxing. Many clients fall asleep or enter a meditative state.

Mia will explain what she's finding and the techniques she's using. You're welcome to ask questions anytime.

After Your Session

Most clients feel deeply relaxed and may experience improved energy, better sleep, or reduced pain. Drink plenty of water and rest if possible.

Some people experience a "healing response" (temporary soreness) as the body releases stress. This is normal and usually passes within 24 hours.
