What to Wear

Before Class

  • Eat lightly 1-2 hours before
  • Arrive 10-15 minutes early
  • Turn off your phone
  • Use the restroom beforehand

During Class

  • Listen to your body
  • Use modifications when needed
  • Don't compare yourself to others
  • Focus on your breath

Beginner Tips for Success

Start Slow

Don't push yourself too hard. Yoga is a practice, not a competition. Progress comes with consistency.

Listen to Your Body

Honour your body's signals. If something hurts, modify or skip it. Discomfort is normal; pain is not.

Be Consistent

Practice regularly, even if just for 10-15 minutes. Consistency matters more than duration.
